The Bay Photo Club will not hold regular meetings during the summer months - but we have several field trips planned for members to get out together and shoot around the Georgian Bay.

Our club's objectives are:
1. To enjoy the fellowship of like-minded photographers.
2. To increase our creative skills, knowledge and technical abilities in the craft and art of photography.
3. To share our knowledge and photographic experience with others. |

MEETINGS - TIME AND LOCATION - 2008-2009 Season |

Other than our July and August meetings, all regular monthly club meetings are held on the third Tuesday* of each month from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Wasaga Beach Christian Church, 268 Main St. (east end of Wasaga Beach).
Club membership fees are $35.00 per year. For club members who have set up their own personal websites under the Bay Photography Club website, membership fees are $45.00 per year.
Regular monthly meetings begin in September and conclude in June each year. Special meetings, photo shoots, and instructional outings are held throughout July and August.

Our tenth and ultimate meeting of the 2008-2009 season was held Tuesday June16
Incoming President Bruce presented the Photo Schmooze Challenge Photos of 'Waterfalls' - based on the photo outing the week previous. Members submitted photos electronically - which were projected - along with submitted large prints
The Photo Challenge Schmooze electronic submissions are now proving to be a big hit - as the judges' constructive suggestions can be readily applied in Photoshop on screen - and members can see the improvements to their photos instantly.
The June Challenge Photo Schmooze was productive, fun and very informative.

We have announced that our new revised and revamped bayphotoclub.com website should be up and running in the next few weeks.
Since we announced the new website, we have had seven club members (including many new members) sign up to create their own personal websites under the bayphotoclub.com site.
Our regular club meetings will recommence in September - so keep checking www.bayphotoclub.com to see the new website and check your e-blast emails for updates on our summer and fall outings and activities.
